With their authentic "Neo-Traditional" style\, Long Point String Band will record these timeless melodies\, preserving the stories and sounds of our ancestors. \nThe project goes beyond the music. After recording\, we’ll film live music videos in the very counties where these songs originated\, capturing the spirit of the landscapes and communities that inspired them. Lost Tunes will culminate in a live album and a video release event - both to be hosted at The Raleigh Playhouse & Theatre.
